From concept to final product, and everything in between – that’s where I’ve been moving for 15 years. As a creative, I’m a bit like a Swiss Army knife: versatile and always sharp.

My journey through the creative landscape has shaped me into who I am today. My first solo venture Digital Message was acquired by RIDE, where I dove into the world of online content as a Video Creative. That’s where I learned what truly works in social media.

Later, as Head of Video at Storyboard, I got the opportunity to work not only creatively but also strategically and in a leadership capacity. Managing teams and safeguarding creative processes became second nature.

Now I’m putting this combined expertise to work through my own production company Sir Render, supplemented with various freelance projects at creative agencies. Because yes, I understand what an online campaign needs. From the first seed of a concept to that final color grade – been there, done that. But what really sets me apart? It’s that mix of creativity, technical skills, and leadership experience:

• Concept development with a keen eye for online impact
• Team and production management
• 15 years of directing experience with a human-centered approach to cast and crew
• Director of Potography (with own gear)
• Professional video editing and color grading
• Experience with AI-driven process and production optimization
• Storyboarding
• And when the evening allows: spinning some tracks as a DJ 🎧

This broad foundation allows me to switch quickly between different roles. From creative strategist to hands-on producer, and from director to technical troubleshooter. The beautiful thing is: all that experience comes together in every project I take on.

For me, creativity isn’t just about the big idea, but also about finding smart solutions along the way. Whether it’s a viral social campaign or a complex video production – it’s that combination of creative thinking, practical approach, and team leadership experience that makes the difference.

And let’s not forget to have some fun while were doing this thing called work 🙂
